Life Dashboard — Privacy Policy
Life Dashboard ("the app") is a personal productivity app for iPhone. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have. We designed the app to keep your data on your device and in services you control.
Who we are
Life Dashboard is operated by Kevin Flores Blackmore. Questions or requests: kevin.flobla@gmail.com.
Calendar data (Google and Microsoft/Outlook)
If you choose to connect a Google or Microsoft account, the app requests read-only
access to your calendars (Google calendar.readonly, Microsoft
Calendars.Read). We use this only to display your events inside the app's
calendar and daily views on your device. We do not modify, create, or delete your calendar
events, and we do not share calendar data with anyone.
Connecting is per-account and optional: you sign in through Google's or Microsoft's own secure screen, and the resulting access token is stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. You can disconnect any account at any time in the app (Settings → Connected calendars → Disconnect), which removes the stored token.
Other data the app uses
- Apple Calendar & Reminders (EventKit), when you grant access — shown in the app on your device.
- Apple Health (optional) — read on-device only to show activity at a glance; never leaves your device.
- Information you enter — tasks, habits, finance entries, notes, study material, and similar — stored locally on your device.
Where your data is stored
The app is local-first: your data lives on your device. If you sign in to enable cloud sync, your data is synced to your own private account on our backend (Supabase) over an encrypted connection and is isolated to you. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Data retention & deletion
Disconnecting a calendar account removes its token immediately. You can delete app data on your device by deleting the app. If you use cloud sync, you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us at the address above.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
